Service Advisor

A service advisor's primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between customers and the service department in industries like automotive or technical services. They are the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle's needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided. This involves a range of tasks, from greeting customers and assessing their needs to coordinating repairs and providing post-service follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service needs.
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately diagnosing vehicle problems.
• Communicating repair needs and recommendations to customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
• Service Coordination:
• Preparing detailed service orders and estimates.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
• Ordering necessary parts and ensuring their timely delivery to technicians.
• Following up with customers regarding their vehicle's status and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintaining thorough records of service activities.
• Technical and Sales Support:
• Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and service options.
• Upselling maintenance packages and service plans.
• Handling customer complaints and questions professionally.
• Communicating effectively with technicians about vehicle statuses and repair timelines.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.
• Generating service order estimates and quotes.
• Invoicing and collecting payments for services rendered.

In essence, a service advisor's role is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers throughout the entire service process, from initial diagnosis to completion of repairs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
