Job Responsibilities

Proactive Monitoring of all the servers using BSE toolsCPU & Memory utilization & monitoring.Expertise in part replacement of Server hardwareRespond to and own Incident till resolutionEngage customer contracted hardware and software support vendors to facilitate incident resolutionWork with customer support teams to review & resolve incidentsCo-ordinate with customer contacts to with BSE vendors in case of hardware failures or involvement of third party vendor is required.Raid and iLO configuration of HPE serverCorrelate related incidents together into a problem ticket and manage through the problem management processImplement best practice configurations relating to specific vendor recommendationsBasic Server hardware troubleshootingServer hardening as per the policy recommendations by BSEServer Inventory ManagementTechnical Skills/Knowledge RequirementExpertise in part replacement of Server hardware (Must)Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server (Must)Basic Server hardware troubleshooting (Must)Server Inventory Management (Good to Have
