Job Responsibilities

  • Proactive Monitoring of all the servers using BSE tools
  • CPU & Memory utilization & monitoring.
  • Expertise in part replacement of Server hardware
  • Respond to and own Incident till resolution
  • Engage customer contracted hardware and software support vendors to facilitate incident
resolution
  • Work with customer support teams to review & resolve incidents
  • Co-ordinate with customer contacts to with BSE vendors in case of hardware failures or
involvement of third party vendor is required.
  • Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server
  • Correlate related incidents together into a problem ticket and manage through the problem
management process
  • Implement best practice configurations relating to specific vendor recommendations
  • Basic Server hardware troubleshooting
  • Server hardening as per the policy recommendations by BSE
  • Server Inventory Management
Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirement
  • Expertise in part replacement of Server hardware (Must)
  • Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server (Must)
  • Basic Server hardware troubleshooting (Must)
  • Server Inventory Management (Good to Have)
