Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and ensures guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer customer questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure accuracy of all orders
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks
• Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and service stations
• Clear and reset tables quickly for incoming guests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure excellent service

Required Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional and neat appearance

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with POS systems
• Food handler or alcohol service certification (if required by local laws)
• Upselling skills and knowledge of food & beverage menus
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
