• Problem-solving: Address guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Product knowledge: Stay familiar with the menu, including specials and beverage pairings.
• Cleanliness and safety: Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to sanitation and safety policies.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience: Previous experience as a server is often preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
