About the Role:

Tech Pumpkin is looking for a System Administrator to manage and maintain our web hosting servers and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cPanel, Azure, AWS, Liquid Web, and other hosting environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring server uptime, security, and smooth system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor web hosting servers (cPanel, Plesk, Liquid Web, etc.)
• Configure and maintain AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance
• Handle website hosting, migration, and backups
• Manage DNS, SSL certificates, and domains
• Troubleshoot server performance and security issues
• Work with development teams on website deployment and updates

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Linux/Windows server environments
• Experience with cPanel / WHM / Plesk
• Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Route53) and Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with DNS management, SSL, and firewall configurations
• Basic knowledge of Apache / Nginx / MySQL / PHP stack
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, or CompTIA Server+) are a plus
