Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Onsite and Remote Monitoring Support 24 x 7 both Server and Network I nfrastructure including Data Centre Facility devices(UPS, PAC & Etc.).
Critical servers and Core network Availability and Vendor Escalation management.
Efficient Datacenter Management by improving monitoring process, incident reporting, using IOPS and Nagios.
Support all Windows/Vmware/Linux/Unix Servers with hands on work including admin part.
Problem/Incident Management by following change process.
Active Directory Management( Policy updation & User Account Management).
Handling IT Infra helpdesk support - User VOC Monitoring and TAT Management..
Secui Guar progream Management(NASCA ,ESCORT,SECUI PRINT & SLAM) .
IT Procurement support(Asset & Consumables).
Vendor Management with SLA.
IT Hardware Service and Support( In-House and External Vendor).
Managing any datacenter services related to IT Infra helpdesk.
Onsite and Remote Monitoring Support 24 x 7 both Server and Network Infrastructure including Data Centre Facility devices(UPS, PAC & Etc.).
Schedule Backup and Recovery Management- Auto Backup Configuration, Monitoring and Restore.
Daily Backup Monitoring & Reporting.
Quarterly Backup Policy Review and Sign Off.
Quarterly Media Review and reuse for backup.
