Job Summary:

SEO Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and upskill the SEO team on on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content strategies.
  • Conduct regular sessions on SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and current digital marketing trends.
  • Evaluate the ongoing SEO work done by the team and suggest improvements.
  • Provide feedback and performance reviews for SEO executives.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Prepare SEO training materials, assessments, and performance improvement plans.
  • Work closely with the management team to align training goals with business objectives.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in SEO deliverables across clients/projects.


Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in an agency environment).
  • Proven track record in training or mentoring SEO professionals.
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and make learning engaging.
