We are seeking a results-driven SEO Team Lead with a strong background in driving organic growth and leading SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the software industry, along with exposure to PPC and social media management.The candidate must be capable of leading a team, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable results in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.

Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.

Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using tools like
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
etc.

Collaborate with the content, development, sales marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.

Oversee and optimize Google
Ads campaigns to ensure maximum RO
I and alignment with SEO strategies.

Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.

Manage technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, and page speed optimization.

Create detailed SEO reports
and provide actionable insights for management.

Work closely with stakeholders to align SEO, paid ads, and social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years
of proven experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, Google Ads optimization, and social media management.

Hands-on experience with
SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz,
etc.

Experience in the software/IT industry is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project handling skills.

Ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation.
