Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete blackhat SEO strategy and execution.
Manage and guide both day and night shift teams.
Develop aggressive ranking strategies using advanced blackhat techniques (such as PBNs, spam links, cloaking, automated content).
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and design risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in blackhat SEO.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in blackhat SEO tools (Scrapebox, XRumer, GSA, SENuke, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to deliver measurable results within aggressive timelines
