SEO TEAM HEAD

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced SEO Team Head to lead our SEO department. This role requires a combination of strong technical SEO knowledge, people management skills, and an ability to create and execute successful SEO strategies across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and content analysts.
• Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure team growth and development.
• SEO Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across industries.
• Align SEO strategies with clients’ business objectives.
• Ensure on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices are implemented.
• Client Management:
• Serve as the SEO lead on major client accounts.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Participate in pitches and client presentations as needed.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Track KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with content, web development, paid media, and design teams to implement cohesive digital strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and account teams to support business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
