We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, handling multiple client projects, and delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, up-to-date SEO knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities

Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure

Manage and improve technical SEO elements including site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, crawlability, and structured data

Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools

Identify and resolve SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content, and redirect problems

Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility

Collaborate with content writers, developers, and account managers to ensure SEO best practices are followed

Track, analyze, and report key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) with actionable insights

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices
