About the Role:

Key Responsibility:

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
• Perform detailed keyword research to guide content teams.
• Conduct regular technical audits and implement SEO fixes.
• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to improve UX and crawlability.
• Stay current with the latest trends and changes in SEO, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools including Google Search Console, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress; familiarity with others is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML/CSS, canonical tags, schema markup, robots.txt, sitemaps, and indexing best practices.
• Ability to create and present SEO reports using PowerPoint or similar tools, showcasing performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving SEO challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization techniques (e.g., page speed, mobile usability, lazy loading).
• Experience with international SEO, including hreflang tags, geo-targeting, and multilingual content strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Excel & data visualization tools like Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI for SEO reporting.
• Certification on SEO/Digital Marketing or related field.
