Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Calling Expert to drive sales through voice-based client outreach. The role involves identifying needs, presenting suitable service packages, and converting leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to interested prospects.
• Present service offerings in a clear, benefit-driven manner.
• Understand client goals and recommend relevant solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding.
• Maintain CRM with accurate records of communication and status.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in voice-based sales or telecalling.
• Strong verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in handling conversations and driving deals independently.
• Basic understanding of digital services is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes.
