Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver SEO projects within timelines.
Coordinate with SEO, Content, Design and Development teams.
Track performance, prepare reports, and share progress with clients
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely manner.
Ensure client satisfaction and monthly retention.
Lead discussions and propose solutions tailored to client needs.
Schedule regular online meetings with clients.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Strong experience handling international clients.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects effectively.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Web Development projects.
