SEO On Page Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO On-Page Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing website content, structure, and internal elements to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and technical on-page factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations for improvement.
• Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, alt texts, and internal linking structure.
• Perform keyword research and mapping for web pages and blog content.
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO guidelines are followed.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools for performance tracking.
• Optimize page load speed, mobile usability, and core web vitals for better rankings.
• Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in on-page SEO.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO elements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
• Basic understanding of off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
