About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SEO Off-Page Specialist to strengthen our website’s online presence, improve search engine rankings, and drive high-quality traffic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective off-page SEO strategies, building backlinks, improving domain authority, and ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies to increase website authority and search rankings.
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, link exchange, and other ethical link-building techniques.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and report backlink profiles, rankings, and key SEO metrics.
• Ensure all link-building activities follow Google Webmaster Guidelines and avoid penalties.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1 - 2+ years) in SEO with a focus on off-page optimization.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and link-building strategies.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with outreach campaigns, digital PR, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working with international SEO or multi-language websites.
• Understanding of content marketing and social media integration with SEO efforts.
