Job Title: SEO & SMO Manager

Location: NOIDA
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & SMO Manager to lead our digital growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, social media strategies, and the ability to craft campaigns that improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities: SEO:

• Plan and execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure
• Monitor site performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Build high-quality backlinks & manage outreach campaigns

SMO:

• Develop social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content
• Manage organic growth, community interaction & page health
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO/SMO Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.)
• Strong command of content strategy & social media trends
• Knowledge of paid campaigns (Facebook Ads/Google Ads) is a plus
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
