About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with strong expertise in Client Servicing and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be passionate about search, able to manage large-scale campaigns, and have a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing POC for SEO projects, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page aspects.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive SEO success and keep the internal team informed of key updates.
• Manage large-scale SEO campaigns for websites with 1,000+ pages and significant marketing budgets.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO.
• Previous experience as an Associate, Manager, or equivalent SEO leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in client servicing (preferably as the main point of contact).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO (site audits, crawling, indexing, schema, site speed, etc.).
• Proven experience working on campaigns with large websites (1,000+ pages) and high-budget accounts.
• Ability to continuously learn and apply new SEO strategies, while keeping the team updated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Mandatory: Residing in Mumbai and able to travel to the Ghatkopar office at least once a week. (Candidates looking to relocate will not be considered.)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) accounts.

Basic SEO Skills (Expected as a Foundation)

• Keyword research & strategy development.
• On-page optimization (meta tags, content structure, internal linking, etc.).
• Off-page optimization & link-building strategies.
• Competitor analysis.
• Reporting & performance tracking.
