Role Overview

hands-on SEO Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute SEO roadmaps for international/local clients.
  • Lead technical SEO: crawl/indexation fixes, Core Web Vitals, site audits.
  • Manage on-page & content strategy: keyword clusters, content briefs, schema.
  • Oversee Local SEO (GBP optimization, citations, location pages).
  • Build safe link acquisition strategies (digital PR, niche links).
  • Mentor and manage a team of SEO specialists.
  • Report outcomes via GA4, GSC, Looker Studio dashboards.

    • What We’re Looking For

    • 5–8 yrs SEO experience (agency background preferred).
    • Strong skills in GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, Looker Studio.
    • Proven results scaling organic traffic/leads in global markets.
    • Ability to lead a team and communicate with international clients.
    • Bonus: Experience with multi-location SEO & AI-assisted workflows.
