SEO Manager (AI & Automation Focus – In-Person, Immediate Start)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist (4–6 years) to join our Kochi office in-person and start immediately, who not only has strong expertise in SEO but also embraces AI tools and automation to scale results. In this role, you will lead SEO initiatives in India and collaborate closely with our U.S. team, driving measurable growth across multiple clients and industries.

The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic—equally comfortable with technical SEO audits as well as implementing AI-powered automation for keyword research, link building, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI-assisted keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies (title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, internal linking, content clusters).
• Manage off-page SEO campaigns, including AI-supported link-building strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, and recommend fixes to improve site health.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize blogs, articles, and landing pages for both search engines and AI-driven answer engines (AEO/GEO).
• Leverage automation tools (SE Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, AI analyzers) to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, SERP visibility).
• Stay ahead of emerging trends—AI search, generative engines, and voice search optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools: SE Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO (or similar AI tools).
• Strong track record of driving organic growth across industries.
• Experience with local SEO for U.S. and Indian markets.
• Skilled at technical audits and solving complex SEO challenges.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
