Experience : 8+ years Shift : (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Must have Skills required: SEO, SEO and Content Strategy Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SEO Head to lead our SEO efforts in both the Indian and US markets. This is a critical role in our organization, as SEO is our primary traffic-driving channel, accounting for over 50% of our traffic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, with experience managing large-scale traffic and working closely with product and tech teams to scale the channel. As the SEO Head, you will be responsible for setting the overall SEO strategy and vision for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Set the overall SEO strategy and vision for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for both Indian and US markets to drive organic traffic growth. Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize website architecture, content, and user experience for SEO. Analyze SEO performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategy adjustments. Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective. Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Represent the SEO function at the executive level and collaborate with other department heads to integrate SEO into broader marketing and business strategies. Qualifications: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SEO, including experience in a senior leadership role such as SEO Head or Director. Proven experience managing SEO for organizations with 30M - 100M in SEO traffic. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product and tech teams to scale SEO channels.
