Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Sunday Fixed off)

Office Timings: 10AM-7PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to drive targeted traffic and improve SERP rankings.
  
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities for company websites and platforms.
  
• Manage SEO audits, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels.
  
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  
• Lead link-building campaigns and outreach strategies for high-quality backlink acquisition.
  
• Optimize website architecture, content, and UX for better search engine indexing and user engagement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 45 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team towards measurable outcomes.
