Position: SEO Executive – US Services Business Focus Type: Hybrid Location Preference: Haldwani-based candidates with proven experience in the US market Salary: Competitive (based on experience and performance) About the Role We're looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who has successfully grown qualified website traffic and generated inbound service calls through organic SEO and Google My Business (GMB) strategies for US-based small businesses. You must have prior experience in: Working with US-based service websites (e.g. home services, insurance, repair) Ranking targeted keywords in the Top 5 of Google’s SERP Generating month-on-month organic traffic growth Optimising and managing local SEO and Google Business Profiles to drive real customer calls and footfall Keyword and Content Strategy Identify high-converting service-related keywords for US geographies Plan and execute content strategies focused on organic call acquisition On-Page and Technical SEO Optimize website structure, internal linking, schema markup, and page speed Perform regular audits to identify SEO gaps and opportunities Off-Page SEO and Link Building Create a focused backlink strategy aligned with US-based competitors Google My Business (GMB) Optimization Setup, verify, and optimise GMB listings for service-based businesses Ensure listings are updated with services, posts, Q&A, and reviews Track and improve call volumes and directions via GMB insights Local SEO Execution Build citations, local backlinks, and hyperlocal content Monitor local rankings across targeted zip codes and service areas Reporting and Analysis Track performance via GA4, Google Search Console, and GMB Insights • Deliver monthly growth reports with clear attribution to traffic and leads Must-Have Experience 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (specifically for service-based businesses) Proven ability to rank select keywords in Google Top 5 Hands-on with GMB optimisation and local listing strategies Clear examples of call growth or form leads generated through SEO Experience with tools: GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, BrightLocal, etc. Bonus Points Experience working with plumbing, HVAC, glass repair, landscaping, insurance, or real estate websites in the US Knowledge of multi-location SEO strategies Comfortable coordinating with content writers and web developers How to Apply Send your resume along with two examples of websites you've helped grow (with keyword and traffic insights) to anshendrarawat1995@gmail.com Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present real case studies of their SEO campaigns.
