Job Role: YouTube SEO Specialist Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to grow YouTube channels organically. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify trending and high-performing keywords. Monitor and analyze video performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators to align content with SEO goals. Repurpose and strategize content distribution across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and competitor strategies. Create engaging, click-worthy titles and thumbnails to increase views and engagement. Drive improvements in watch time, subscriber growth, and overall channel performance. Manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines. Troubleshoot performance issues and provide data-driven solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience in YouTube SEO or Social Media Optimization (SMO). Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics and keyword research tools. Experience in planning content distribution across platforms. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Editing and designing skills are a plus.
