SEO Executive / SEO Fresher

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive (Fresher) with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to work on real projects and deliver measurable results.

You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URLs
• Implement on-page SEO best practices
• Execute off-page SEO activities including link building and outreach
• Monitor website health, indexing, crawl errors, and site performance
• Assist in technical SEO tasks such as sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, and schema
• Track and report SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions)
• Support content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and service pages
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

• On-page SEO fundamentals

• Basic technical SEO understanding
• Keyword research & search intent analysis
• Understanding of Google ranking factors

Analytical & Technical Skills

• Ability to analyze SEO data and identify growth opportunities
• Basic understanding of HTML tags (title, meta, H1–H6, alt tags)
• Knowledge of site speed optimization and Core Web Vitals

Content & Communication

• Basic content optimization skills
• Ability to work with writers for SEO-friendly content
• Good written and verbal communication
