Job Title: SEO Executive – Website Optimization Specialist

Location: RMS Business School, Sector 32, Gurugram (On-site)

Experience: 1–3 years (SEO for custom-coded websites preferred)

We are strengthening our digital presence and looking for an SEO Executive with expertise in custom-coded website optimization to improve search visibility, user experience, and website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-page and technical SEO for a custom-coded website (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize website content.
• Optimize website structure, speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
• Fix technical SEO issues like broken links, indexing errors, duplicate content, schema markup, etc.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly code changes.
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO activities.
• Track, monitor, and report website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithms, SEO trends, and coding best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven SEO experience (preferably on custom-coded websites).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (basic coding skills required).
• Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
