Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Manage social media accounts and run targeted campaigns to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Plan, create, and optimize content (blogs, website content, ads, emails) aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and campaign results; generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, SEO tools, and algorithm changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate or property marketing.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
