About Us

At Lantern Digital, we’re a team of marketers, designers, and strategists helping brands grow in a digital-first world. We’re seeking an SEO Analyst with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about search, eager to learn, and excited to work on diverse projects across various industries.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct SEO audits to identify on-page, technical, and content-related issues.
  • Research keywords and competitors to support content and ranking strategies.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for better visibility.
  • Assist with content audits and recommend improvements for blogs, service pages, and landing pages.
  • Support link-building campaigns by identifying opportunities and executing outreach.
  • Monitor and track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present insights to the team.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.


What the Role Entails

  • Working with our 5-member SEO team to execute client projects.
  • Supporting strategy planning with keyword research and competitor insights.
  • Learning and applying new AI automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Ensuring client deliverables are executed on time and to high standards.
  • Growing your SEO skills under the guidance of senior SEO analysts.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1 - 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals: on-page, off-page, and technical basics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog (basic working knowledge expected).
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets for keyword lists and reporting.
  • Good written communication skills to create client-ready documents.
  • Eagerness to learn, stay curious, and grow in SEO.
