Location: Ludhiana Company: Punjab IT (Powered by Eadds Digital) Salary: As per last job + increment (Based on skills & performance) About the RolePunjab IT is looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on expertise in modern and advanced search optimisation techniques. The ideal candidate must be updated with the latest industry trends including SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Google Entity Optimization) and other emerging optimisation technologies used for ranking on Google Search, Google Maps, and AI search platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Perform AEO and GEO optimization to align with Google’s new search and AI-driven ranking factors. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO activities. Optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO (Maps ranking). Technical SEO audits and fixing issues related to indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, site speed etc. Create SEO-friendly content briefs and work with the content team to achieve ranking goals. Build and execute backlink strategies following white-hat techniques. Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc. Stay updated with the latest search algorithm updates, AI search trends, and advanced optimisation methods. Prepare weekly & monthly SEO reports for management and clients. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in professional SEO. Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, Local SEO, Technical SEO and latest Google ranking factors. Hands-on experience with Schema markup, NLP keywords, topical authority building, and AI-search optimisation. Expert in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC etc. Ability to analyse data and create actionable strategies. Strong communication, reporting and project management skills. EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or relevant field (Preferred).
