Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement On-page & Technical SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and improve content structure. Perform detailed website audits and suggest improvements. Analyze user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc. Improve landing page performance using CRO techniques. Conduct A/B testing and identify winning variations for better conversions. Work closely with content & design teams to implement CRO recommendations.T rack, analyze, and report performance metrics.
Required Skills: Strong understanding of CRO, funnels, user journeys, conversion psychology. Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush. Experience using heatmaps & user behavior tools.Knowledge of A/B testing tools (Google Optimize / VWO / Optimizely).Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.Strong communication and reporting skills.
