SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our website SEO, run paid campaigns, and handle creative marketing content targeting UAE clients. The role combines analytical SEO skills, paid ads management, and creative content creation, including poster and video designing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and monitor website performance.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate leads.
• Design posters, banners, and digital creatives for social media and digital campaigns.
• Shoot and edit videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Manage company social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Youtube) and engage with followers.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO, social media, and ad campaign performance; suggest improvements.
• Understand UAE business setup and recruitment industry to create targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, including Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Skills in graphic design and poster creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of UAE business setup and recruitment agency marketing is preferred.
• Video shooting and editing skills are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
