Job Description

As a Senior Zoho CRM Specialist at Freightos, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing the Zoho CRM system to ensure seamless sales processes, efficient data tracking, and effective prospect, lead, and deal management. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, including sales, account management, marketing, and customer success, to refine workflows and implement technical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire Zoho CRM system to ensure it is properly configured and optimized to meet the business needs. You will work closely with the sales team to design and implement workflows that improve the efficiency of sales activities, from lead management to deal closure. Leveraging your coding expertise, you will create custom solutions within Zoho CRM, such as workflows, automation, scripts, custom modules, and structured processes with Blueprint. Staying informed and up-to-date on the full suite of Zoho products will be essential, as you evaluate their potential relevance and value for the company. This includes identifying tools that could enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate data tracking and management within the CRM, creating detailed reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance. Building systems to track and manage leads, prospects, and deals will be part of your role, ensuring that the sales pipeline is well-maintained and visible to relevant stakeholders. You will also provide ongoing support and training to the sales and operations teams on Zoho CRM usage and best practices. Collaboration with IT and other departments to integrate Zoho CRM with other business tools will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Basic Requirements: - Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience with Zoho CRM - Hands-on experience with coding and development within Zoho CRM - Experience with Zoho modules: CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Sign, Creator - Experience with B2B Zoho set up - Strong understanding of optimizing sales processes using CRM systems - Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and using data to drive decisions - Ability to work cross-functionally and solve CRM-related issues proactively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Preferred Skills: - Experience working in a SaaS environment Skills: workflow automation, Deluge scripting, Zoho, B2B setup, problem-solving, API integration, report generation, custom functions, CRM, Zoho CRM, data management,
