Senior Workday Performance Management Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining Proso AI as a Workday Performance Management Specialist for a UK-based client. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Workday Talent and Performance modules. This role requires strong expertise in Performance Management and Talent Optimization, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of the Workday Talent and Performance modules. - Drive initiatives related to performance management, goal setting, and talent optimization. - Collaborate with global stakeholders, HR business partners, and technical teams to define and deliver functional requirements. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions, system testing, and end-user training. - Provide functional expertise, process improvements, and best practice recommendations within the Talent module. - Support post-implementation activities and ensure smooth operations of Workday Talent functionalities. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Workday, with strong hands-on exposure to Performance Management and Talent Optimization. - Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of Workday Talent modules. - Strong understanding of HR processes and performance cycle management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with UK stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
