As a WordPress Developer at our company, your role will involve building and maintaining custom WordPress solutions that are tailored to meet the specific business requirements of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom themes, plugins, and templates based on the approved designs - Convert PSD/Figma layouts into responsive WordPress websites - Optimize page load speeds, SEO tags, and responsiveness - Document reusable components and coding logic - Address bugs, respond to QA issues, and provide support during revisions Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in WordPress development including themes, plugins, and templates - Experience in converting PSD/Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites - Strong knowledge of optimizing page load speeds, SEO tags, and responsiveness - Ability to document coding logic and reusable components effectively In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Time taken per page/module delivery - Percentage of bugs identified during QA - Number of client change requests post-delivery - Website speed score (Lighthouse or GTmetrix) Join our team to showcase your WordPress development skills and contribute to creating impactful digital solutions for our clients.,
