Senior Web / Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web / Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, strong knowledge of secure software development, and experience working in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks and full-stack technologies.
  
• Translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive, high-quality web pages.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and manage software requirements.
  
• Implement secure software development practices and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards.
  
• Optimize web application performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
  
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
  
• Work in an agile environment, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web application development.
  
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies:

  Angular, React JS, VueJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WebComponents, EcmaScript 6

  .
• Experience with frontend tooling:

  Storybook, Webpack, Vite, Turbopack

  .
• Full-stack development experience with

  Spring Boot and REST APIs

  .
• Solid understanding of

  software requirement engineering

  and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with

  secure development practices

  (OAuth, Spring Security, OWASP, CSRF/XSS).
• Knowledge of

  unit testing, integration testing, and automation frameworks

  (JUnit, Karma, Jest, Playwright).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

Preferred / Additional Skills:

• Experience in

  WebComponents (3+ years)

  and custom CSS development.
• Knowledge of

  performance tuning

  and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with

  TDD/BDD testing methodologies

  .
• Basic understanding of

  banking, trading, and investment products

  .
• Experience with

  LIT Library

  (optional).
