Senior Web Designer – Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer – Team Lead to manage and guide our web design team while actively contributing to the creation of visually stunning, user-friendly websites for diverse client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent design expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of web designers to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Assign tasks, manage timelines, and monitor project progress.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Design & Execution

• Create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website designs.
• Ensure websites align with client requirements, brand guidelines, and modern design trends.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Client Interaction & Communication

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and present creative concepts.
• Incorporate client feedback effectively without compromising design quality.

Quality & Innovation

• Maintain consistency in design quality across all projects.
• Stay updated with emerging design tools, techniques, and web trends.
• Implement best practices for web performance, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in web design, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role (preferably in a service-based or agency environment).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and web usability principles.
• Understanding of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms (added advantage).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Portfolio: Must demonstrate a variety of client-based website projects.
