The key responsibilities of senior Wealth manager includes:
Acquiring, growing, and deepening relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) through effective relationship management. Understanding and analyzing HNI customers’ financial, banking, investment, and business needs to offer suitable solutions. Acting as the primary face of the bank for these clients, providing personalized and professional customer service. Achieving defined sales and cross-sell targets by generating new business and increasing share of wallet from existing clients. Maintaining and managing the client portfolio to ensure stability, mitigate attrition risk, and achieve budgeted growth. Ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, including monitoring for suspicious transactions. Devising aggressive sales call plans to acquire new clients through networking and referrals. Collaborating with internal teams for customized client solutions and staying updated on product offerings and policies.
