Job Summary:

Responsible for managing banking and investment relationships of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), ensuring growth in liabilities, assets, and investment products while delivering high service standards and deepening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow banking and investment relationships of HNI clients.
  • Deliver superior client service to exceed expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Drive incremental business across liabilities, retail assets, FOREX, cards, and investment products.
  • Achieve sales targets across a wide range of banking products.
  • Increase CASA balances through deepening and new acquisition.
  • Promote deeper product and channel penetration to increase wallet share.
  • Maintain high portfolio quality through regular client engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service and sales support.
  • Provide financial planning and investment advisory to HNI clients.
