With a focus on integrity, insight, and innovation, we empower our clients to achieve their long-term financial goals. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Wealth Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth advisory and proven expertise in selling PMS, AIFs, and Mutual Funds to HNI clients. This role demands a blend of client acquisition, relationship management, and in-depth investment knowledge. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients • Understand client needs and provide suitable investment solutions across PMS, AIFs, and Mutual Funds • Build customized financial plans and deliver holistic wealth management advice • Achieve sales and revenue targets through a consultative approach • Stay updated on market developments, product offerings, and regulatory changes • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and operational frameworks • Collaborate with internal research and product teams to enhance client offerings ⸻ Qualifications & Requirements • Education: • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) • Preferred: MBA in Finance or Marketing • Certifications (Mandatory): • NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) • NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Managers) • Experience: • Proven experience in selling PMS, AIFs, and Mutual Funds • Strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management ⸻ Key Skills • Deep understanding of financial products and capital markets • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-first mindset • Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development ⸻ Compensation Attractive fixed salary + Performance-based incentives + Growth opportunities ⸻ To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to info@kalviroventures.com
