As the leader of the newly established wealth management division at MNCL group, your primary objective will be to spearhead the division's growth and assemble a dedicated team. Your role will involve managing portfolios of high net-worth individual (HNI) clients, offering personalized investment solutions, and ensuring top-notch branch banking operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and expanding a portfolio of HNI clients by understanding their financial objectives and delivering tailored investment strategies. You will provide personalized advice on investment products, asset allocation, and wealth management, aiming to build lasting client relationships through regular communication and portfolio reviews. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to provide seamless branch banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Active involvement in business development activities to acquire new clients and enhance the portfolio will be a key focus. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 6 years of proven experience in wealth management, particularly in handling HNI clients and offering customized investment solutions. A solid grasp of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management is essential. Your interpersonal and communication skills should be excellent, enabling you to establish trust and rapport with clients. The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments will be vital. Possessing certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent would be advantageous.,
