Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive B2B sales of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The role focuses on building and managing strong relationships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, RIAs, and Distribution Partners, ensuring deeper market penetration and higher business volumes for PMS.Key Responsibilities:Channel Development: Identify, empanel, and onboard new distribution partners (Wealth Managers, IFAs, RIAs, Family Offices, Banks).Sales Growth: Promote in-house PMS products to the partner network and drive business targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to enhance engagement and increase wallet share.Training & Support: Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and joint client meetings with partners to support PMS sales.Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, market trends, and provide feedback to the product team.Revenue Achievement: Meet assigned business targets in terms of PMS AUM and partner activation.
Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: Experience in B2B sales/distribution of PMS/Investment products (Wealth Management, AMC, or Distribution background preferred).Network: Strong existing relationships with IFAs, RIAs, Banks, and Wealth Management firms in Mumbai and Western region.Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of PMS, AIFs, and capital market products.Qualification: MBA/PGDM/Graduate in Finance or related discipline.Would you like me to also create a LinkedIn job post version of this (short, catchy, with hashtags) like we did for your B2C role, or keep this only as a detailed JD document?
