Senior Visualizer

As a highly experienced and creatively driven Senior Graphic Designer with 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand development, and visualization, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead the visualization and conceptualization of design projects for campaigns, branding, digital content, and print materials. - Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, creative visual solutions. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual language across all platforms. - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction. - Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all creative touchpoints. - Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh thinking to the team. You should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with proven visualization and concept development skills. - Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding. - Experience designing for both digital (web, social, UI/UX) and print media. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in animation/motion graphics (After Effects or similar), previous experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment, and knowledge of UI/UX principles. Please note that the job is Full-time and Permanent, and the ability to commute/relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, is required. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design to be considered for this role.,
