Job Description

I. ATL (Above\-the\-Line) Campaigns & Media Management
Design and execute mass media campaigns for: Print ads (Newspaper dailies, property supplements) Outdoor branding (Hoardings, Billboards, Bus Shelters, Metro ads) Radio campaign planning with script, RJ promotions & frequency planning Regional TV ads \/ OTT branding when required during launches Work with media buying agencies for: Target geography optimization based on project location Budget planning & negotiation for best reach and frequency GRP, CPRP, circulation & viewership analytics to evaluate media performance Ensure timely release of creatives aligned with project launch timelines. II. BTL (Below\-the\-Line) Activation & Site Branding Plan and execute BTL branding to attract walk\-ins: Sales gallery branding, sample flat setups & site activations On\-site standees, banners, fa ade branding & directional signage Mall activations, roadshows, kiosks and residential community camps Festival \/ weekend engagement events with QR lead capture flows Ensure real estate experience zones are active & aligned with brandguidelines. III. Project Launch Campaign Planning Collaborate with Sales Teams for: Pre\-launch teaser activities Grand launch event management Channel partner meets & broker networking events Ensure uniform branding across all launch collaterals: Brochures, leaflets, canopy designs, site brochures, location maps, etc. IV. Vendor & Agency Coordination Manage relationships with: Creative agencies Printing vendors Outdoor agencies Event & Activation management companies Ensure output quality, cost efficiency, and timeline discipline through: Pricing comparison SLA monitoring Quality audits at sites and event venues V. Collaboration with Sales, CRM & Digital Teams Align campaign messaging with market demand and sales funnel focus. Integrate BTL\-generated leads into CRM & review conversion rates. Work with Digital team for: Ge-targeted campaigns support Creative consistency across online & offline channels VI. Reporting & Performance Analytics Track campaign ROI through: Walk\-in and inquiry uplift Cost per activation lead (CPAL) Brand recall improvement metrics Maintain weekly ATL \/ BTL campaign dashboards with: Budget vs utilization Vendor performance scorecards Site branding audit status reports VII. Budgeting & Cost Management Prepare annual marketing plan with cost allocation for: Projects Site launches Seasonal promotional bursts Ensure timely approvals, PR\/PO process, and accurate vendor billing. VIII. Brand Compliance & Documentation Ensure real estate regulatory compliance: Legal disclaimers RERA guidelines on project ads & communication Maintain campaign archives: Artwork & asset library Campaign performance reports Vendor documentation for audits
