Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the brand and conveying the creative vision through compelling content. Your primary objective will be to communicate the brand story, philosophy, values, and creativity across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually engaging designs that align with the brand's identity. You will create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, and social media platforms. Your work will involve translating brand guidelines into cohesive designs that evoke luxury and authenticity, highlighting product attributes through visually compelling images, and planning, shooting, and directing video content. - Outstanding storytelling skills - Understanding of Luxury, Art & Craft - Knowledge of layouts, motion graphics, and 3D/Multi-Dimensional product shoot - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, and other video editing software - Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects in the luxury industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines - Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence - Solution-driven mindset and approach - Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand In addition to the above, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead brainstorming sessions, manage multiple design projects, provide mentorship to junior designers, and stay updated on design trends relevant to the luxury market.
