Job Description

What this role is:

setting the visual quality bar at BLIK

This is a hands-on role — you design, guide, review, and improve how our work looks and feels across brands.

Responsibilities:

Lead visual direction across client brands
Create high-quality brand creatives, campaigns, and visual systems
Review and elevate work produced by the design team
Guide designers with clear feedback (not micromanagement)
Collaborate with content, performance, and strategy teams
Ensure consistency, clarity, and strong visual storytelling
Think concept-first, not just execution-first

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of solid design experience (agency background is a big plus)
Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and composition
Ability to think in brand systems, not just single posts
Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
Someone who can say “this can be better” — and show how
