Mid/Senior Creative Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot & edit high-quality videos for product, corporate & brand campaigns
• Create motion graphics, animations, intro/outro designs & VFX elements
• Develop engaging Reels, Shorts, and digital campaigns for social media
• Design posters, thumbnails, banners & marketing creatives
• Handle product, event & brand photography (lighting + composition)
• Collaborate with marketing to develop strong visual storytelling
• Deliver high-quality content consistently across platforms

Skills Required:

Video & Editing:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of transitions, colour grading, sound editing

Motion Graphics:

• After Effects motion design
• Text animation, kinetic typography
• Promo animations, explainer visuals

Design (Mandatory):

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Strong sense of layout, colour theory & brand design

Photography:

• Product & lifestyle photography
• Lighting setup, framing & retouching

Strong Preference: AI Advantages

Candidates with experience in AI creative tools will be prioritized:

• Runway / Pika / Gen-2 (AI video creation)
• Midjourney / Adobe Firefly (AI design & concepts)
• Canva AI / Figma AI
