Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred working location from the options of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, or Gurugram, Haryana, India. Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. You should have a proven track record of implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, as well as providing client solutions. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role where you have worked with partners across multiple levels. Preferred qualifications for this position include 5 years of experience in Internet products and technologies, with strong business communication skills. You should also have experience in data analysis, demonstrating the ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into compelling narratives. An aptitude for quickly grasping technical concepts and knowing when to apply them is essential. Knowledge of video platforms and products, the performance advertising market, or the online ads landscape is also preferred. You should be able to collaborate effectively cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, building relationships and leveraging negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent project management skills are required, with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams. As a member of the gTech Ads team, you will be responsible for providing support and media and technical services for customers of all sizes across the entire Ad products stack. Your role will involve helping customers optimize their use of Google's Ad and Publisher products, providing various services from enabling self-help to setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns. You will also be responsible for providing media solutions for customers" business and marketing needs, as well as delivering complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for large customers. In this position, you will advise key Google Ads clients by leveraging digital marketing and tech solutions to address business issues. You will collaborate as a thought partner, design media plans, and deliver technical solutions to achieve business goals. Building relationships with external advertisers to deliver business outcomes through Google Ads will be a key aspect of your role, supporting planning, pitching, implementation, and optimization to boost product adoption and business growth. You will collaborate with teams to drive growth plans for clients, developing and applying insights of the market and engaged environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered. Serving as the customer's Search product expert, you will deliver consultative digital marketing solutions that address issues and enhance the customer's sophistication and digital maturity. Additionally, you will advocate for new product features, assist with adoption through setup, and provide technical guidance for infrastructure and data integration in Google Ads.,
