What You'll Be Doing here

• Editing reels that make people scroll back, not swipe away
• Cutting films that feel cinematic, not like PowerPoint or capcut in motion.
• Thinking in beats, pacing, and punchlines
• adding motion design, subtitles, captions, sfx, and energy that makes our videos come alive.

Who We're Looking For

• You have a strong visual sense (frames, light, transitions, everything) and know how to tell a story without words.
• You color grade like a visual chef
• You know when to cut on emotion, not just timecode.
• You edit with sound in mind. Not just music , but pauses, whooshes, silences, and hits.
• Bonus: You dabble in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or can learn it overnight.
• Know the difference between a Reel edit and a Film cut.
• Add creative inputs like “What if we reversed this shot and put VO here?

Bonus

• You’ve watched more “how to edit this style” tutorials than movies.
• You prefer timelines over timelines iykyk
• You probably have 50 plugins and 3 LUTs named "final_final_lastone"
• Portfolio Mandatory
