Thinking in beats, pacing, and punchlines adding motion design, subtitles, captions, sfx, and energy that makes our videos come alive. Who We're Looking For You have a strong visual sense (frames, light, transitions, everything) and know how to tell a story without words. You color grade like a visual chef You know when to cut on emotion, not just timecode. You edit with sound in mind. Not just music , but pauses, whooshes, silences, and hits.
